The 2nd Annual Hardy Brown
Celebration on behalf of The Black Voice Foundation recently honored Artist
Charles A. Bibbs. It was a fitting tribute to an artist known for his
philanthropic contributions and community involvement. The Riverside
Convention Center housed the red carpet event honoring Mr. Bibbs. The
celebration was attended by over 300 artists, dignitaries, celebrities, and
most of all his family. Many of the people that were inspired and touched by
Charles gave tributes.
